The Freelance Realtor tier offers higher engagement and proportionally higher earnings for those who want deeper involvement.
What is the difference between Referral Member and Freelance Realtor?
Referral Members participate casually — sharing opportunities within their trusted network with no pressure or sales targets. Freelance Realtors take a more active role: marketing properties, hosting information sessions, attending tours, and representing the REP brand in their communities. Both tiers receive training and support; the Freelance path simply offers greater involvement and earning potential.
Is my investment or participation financially secure?
REP operates under a clear legal framework with transparent commission agreements. RealtyPros IGL is an established real estate company with a verifiable track record. Members receive written commission agreements before any engagement. We encourage all prospective members to review our legal documentation and consult their advisors — we welcome due diligence.
I live abroad (diaspora). Can I still participate?
Yes. REP actively welcomes Nigerians returning from or still residing in the diaspora. Many diaspora Nigerians have networks of professionals interested in property investment back home. You can participate remotely or on visits, and our team provides dedicated diaspora support to help you navigate the process from wherever you are.
Can my retiree association or cooperative join as a group?
